Welcome to my last post week as spotlighted at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenges this July! As spotlight guest of the month at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge, I had so pleasured to share my works with a talented team . I truly do appreciate being invited as a guest . I can't believe this is last project . It was a lot of fun for me and time files passed . You can see how much I really enjoyed it from my works. Thanks a million.
To begin , I put Harrison die on the craft card stock and drew its outline with a friction pen. I covered with some different kinds of Tim Holtz Vintage design tapelonger than the out line 、and die-cut the pieces (face, mane, and body ) that are used to theHarrison .
I colored directly to the paper with Distress Antique linen on the surface wrinkles. For the background, I cut the Distress white Heavy stock5.5”×5.5”, and made 1.5-inch crease, and sprayed with Distress Salvaged patina and Spiced marmalade. I attached a acetate sheet 4”× 5.5” to the 1.5 inch part with double side tape, and covered there with some different kinds of Tim Holtz Vintage design tape .
I made a crease in V at an angle of 110 degrees to two pop-up pieces(V-Fold). The left side of them is short ! Because the cover is transparent so I made them invisible . If you stick it parallel to the center of the card , the pieces will move together when you shut the card.
I cut the part that sticks out when shut the card, and put it on top of so that Harrison would be visible. I cut the pop up base into a rock shape.
【Half V-fold-Lifter】
Don't forget every week , one lucky random participant has chance to win a $25 gift voucher to shop at the Simon Says Stamp and you can join in up 5 times , which means you could have 5chance to win! Good luck every one !
You have until 8am Ohio time. 1pm UK time, 2PM CET to join in and good luck ...
